SITHIND002 Source and use information on the hospitality industry

SITXWHS001 Participate in safe work practices
SITXFSA001 Use hygienic practices for food safety

Entry Requirements

All participants must:

– Attend a pre-enrolment information session;
– Complete a language, literacy and numeracy assessment;
– Have basic computer and internet skills.

Individuals with a disability are encouraged to apply.

Pathways

The following employment pathways may include:

– Bar or cafe attendant;
– Food and beverage attendant;
– Room attendant;
– Front desk/Reception.

– SIT20316 Certificate II in Hospitality
– SIT30616 Certificate II in Hospitality

Delivery

This qualification is delivered 5 days per week for 24 weeks from all campuses.
