About this course
Building on the skills learned in the Barista Basics course student will learn the skills required to enhance the presentation of coffees through Coffee Art (often referred to as Latte Art).
What you will learn
- Milk frothing
- Stenciling
- Etching
- Free pour techniques
- Order taking (short hand)
- Professional serving techniques
Entry Requirements
Completion of Barista Basics or current barista experience.
All participants must:
– Be able to read, understand and interpret written information.
Delivery
This one-day course is delivered from our all of our campuses. Sessions run from 9:30am to 3:00pm.
