If you think making a cup of coffee involves mixing a teaspoon of instant granules with milk and sugar, think again!

The Barista Course will teach you the basics of what you need to know to use a commercial espresso machine to make the perfect cup of coffee.

Be it a cappuccino, a latte, flat white or maybe even something a little more contemporary like a macchiato, all coffees start from an espresso shot.

In order to successfully undertake the course candidates need to possess English language and literacy competence that will enable them to provide clear information, ask questions, listen to and understand instructions and communicate effectively with others.

Course includes:

Operate coffee machines

Use and set the coffee grinder

Clean and maintain the coffee machine
