Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)

If you work, or want to work for licensed premises that hold a general, on-premises, packaged liquor or late night licence you must successfully complete a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) course approved by the Victorian Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulation (VCGLR).

 

Prospective employers may require you to have an RSA certificate prior to employing you.

 

In order to successfully undertake the qualification candidates need to possess English language and literacy competence that will enable them to provide clear information, ask questions, listen to and understand instructions and communicate effectively with others.

Delivery:

This course is classroom-based and delivered over one session

 

Assessment:

Due to meeting the requirements of the Victorian Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulation (VCGLR), a test is administered at the end of the training. Successful completion is required to be issued with this licence.
